This ultra-modern mansion is tastefully furnished in minimalist style and is carved into the solid rock 200 m. above sea level, amid its own mature pine forest. Most of the furniture and fittings have been specially designed for Villa Roca with its impeccable 500 m2 (5,380 sq. feet) internal living space and 600m2 (6,450 sq. feet) of terraces and external living areas.

The villa’s eight bedrooms have had a lot of thought and effort put into the design and furnishings. Split across four floors, they’re all en-suite and also have air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, sound system and mini fridge. Two of the bedrooms also come with their own private terrace for those romantic nightcaps or private breakfasts in your pajamas.

In the most desired location on the island, the property is only 5 km to Ibiza Town (on the road to San José). The amazing nightlife, the clubs and bars of Ibiza are about a 10 minute drive, as are some of the best beaches on the island. Ibiza Airport (IBZ) is a mere 4km away, so your vacation can start in earnest after touching down on Balearic soil.
