Exterior

This deluxe villa is located in a little hamlet in the heart of Courchevel 1550. It is set away from the main road and is accessed by a private drive. Despite its quiet location it is just 250m from the ski lifts, giving quick and easy access at the start and end of each day.

The chalet has been built according to a sustainable development policy. Features include geothermic heating methods and the use of natural building materials, which by no means compromise modern comforts and standards.

This 270 m2 chalet can comfortably welcome 10 guests but can also be rented together with the neighbouring chalet in order to accommodate large families or groups of up to 21 people.

Three different packages and offers are also available to guests which combine accommodation with ski passes and ski equipment and other services at a brilliant price.

Interior

The chalet is very modern and sleek whilst managing to maintain some of its authentic features- sloping ceilings, pine wood and stone for example.

Guests will enjoy the extensive lounge area with its electric fireplace and large windows offering stunning views over the Dent du Villard. There is also a home cinema style satellite television and DVD player for those evenings when all you want to do is collapse on the sofa after a good day on the slopes. The dining table seating 10 can also be found in here. The room has direct access onto your own private furnished terrace, south-facing and therefore ideal for a morning coffee in the sunshine or relaxing at any time of the day.

The open-plan kitchen leading on to the living-dining area is particularly stylish, recently fitted in a contemporary American style with all manner of appliances and equipment for self-catering: dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, juicer, toaster, kettle etc.

Also on the ground floor is a magnificent indoor swimming pool with counter current swimming system and that same splendid view of the mountains, and a private garage and ski room for all your gear, featuring heated boot racks.

Continuing upstairs, are three of the bedrooms, spacious and light with double beds or twins if preferred, plasma screen televisions, balconies, and en suite bathrooms with both Italian style walk-in showers and bathtubs.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor of the chalet. These are slightly smaller than the others and one has a double or twin beds and one a set of bunk beds. These rooms share a dressing room and bathroom with bathtub and shower. Like all the other bathrooms this includes a hairdryer and a range of L´Occitane bath products.

There is conveniently a utility room downstairs too but the real luxury feature of the chalet is the Wellness area consisting of a Hammam (Turkish spa) and Italian shower. You´re sure to appreciate some time unwinding here after plenty of vigorous exercise! There is also the possibility to install a massage table for massages by a professional should you so wish.

Other facilities/services are: Daily breakfast, household linen and towels, newspapers, toys, sledges, games, book and DVD library, WiFi broadband network, mid-week and final cleaning and at an extra cost a chef can be hired for one-off occasions or for the duration of your stay, and baby sitters and ski instructors can also be arranged.
