Monteverde is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Rome, usually preferred by upper middle class Romans who want to live in a quiet area, away from the hustle of the centre. The popular Villa Pamphili (the ancient property of a rich Roman family, now a park open to all who want to have a little walk under the trees, play football on the grass or just enjoy an ice-cream) is barely a 15-minute walk away, as is Villa Sciarra, another well-known park. This apartment is located in the characteristic Monteverde Vecchio only 15 minutes away by tram from Trastevere and the historical centre (Largo Argentina), to which it is linked by tram number 8 (the tram stop a 2-minute walk away from the apartment).

It is very bright because all the rooms face a great terrace that overlooks the Roman rooftops.The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a completely equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. An extra bed can be added to accommodate parties of 5.The apartment includes Satellite TV (in the living room and in the kitchen), a fan on the ceiling (in the living room and in the bedroom) and a kettle.The size of the apartment is about 40 square metres, plus the terrace (50 square metres).
