In the main house you have six bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is a spacious living room area and the dining area and the kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The master bedroom enjoys views out to the garden and just next to it is a perfect bedroom for 2 children to sleep.

Just across from the pool area is a nice 2 bedroom apartment that has a kitchen and living room area as well as bathroom.

The garden area is a perfect place for the family to come together to enjoy . With plenty of space to run around, amazing sea views than welcome to pick lemons for your evening drinks! There are several tropical and semi-tropical plants and fruits as well as roses and lilies, depending on the time of year. The pool is very large for a private villa and has a fence in case you have young children.

The villa has French doors in all of the rooms ensuring that you can always enjoy the views out to the gardens and the sea. Outside in the garden you can enjoy several chill out areas, that are both in shade and sun. You can escape with a good book and a cold drink and find a quiet place to relax in the garden. There are three covered areas that could be used for having drinks or relaxing. There are also two dining areas where you can enjoy al fresco dining under the stars and and with views that overlook the sea.

If you are an avid golfer there are quite a few Championship golf courses nearby and a driving range within 0.5km. Not only that if you are feeling active you there is a gym, tennis and padel within a close proximity. Within a 10 minute drive you have the gorgeous beaches of Benalmadena and Fuengirola and for exciting activities for the kids you have the aqua park, zoo and Selwo Marina just a short drive from your doorstep.
