Beautifully decorated and very spacious five bedroom villa that is located in the heart of golf valley. The villa has has over 300 sq meters of built space and a large garden with plenty of space to relax in take in the sun or to dine out and eat al fresco. Although located in a residential it is only a short drive to Puerto Banus and the beach.

On the main entrance level of the villa there is a spacious living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Both the living and dining area give direct access to the terrace. There is a Double bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom. Can be used for maid service as offers a separate entrance through the garage. There is also an additional seating area with TV and open fire place

Pool size: 6 x 10. 8 sunbeds

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms sharing 1 full bathroom. 1 with the access to a balcony. The master Bedroom with double bed ensuite with full bathroom and also with access to a balcony. 5th bedroom also ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms on the second floor are carpeted.
