The villa is perfect for families with children or groups of friends coming together for a celebration. Special events can be held at this villa that can host up to 300 people. The layout of the villa ensures that everyone in the group has their own space. There are five spacious living rooms with plush sofas, fireplaces and even sea views. The dining area has seating for twelve people an two kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances.

The villa has been equipped with all the latest technology and also offers additional facilities to provide comfort and enjoyment during your stay. There is an entertainment room, a fitness area, a sauna and steam room, a Jacuzzi. In the lower level of the villa there is a home cinema, throughout the villa there are eight flat screen TVs, a networked sound system and WiFi Internet throughout the property.

When walking outside through the grounds of the property you will feel like you are tucked away in your own private oasis. Wandering through the pathways with large trees that provide plenty of shade you will find various terraces and charming patios, that have been adorned with fountains, marble statues, ideal places to relax and take in the tranquility. This bedroom faces the sea and opens out to a seating terrace over the pool. Bedroom two has a king size bed with amazing sea views and access to a private roof terrace over the pool. Bedroom three also enjoys a super king four poster bed with fireplace and en-suite bathroom with spa bath. Bedroom four is on the entrance level and access to a private terrace with stunning sea views. Bedroom five is also on the entrance level and has a twin bed which is ideal for children or staff. Bedroom six is a double bedroom that forms the upper level of a duplex suite with bedroom 5.

This villa stands in grounds of over 6,000m² with an Alhambra-inspired veranda, Moorish-style courtyard garden, a Zen garden and direct access to a private area of beach. Facing the beach is a heated infinity swimming pool lined by sunbeds with an adjacent covered dining area.
