Located in a stunning, secure private residential estate on the hillside of Surin beach, on the west coast of Phuket, this fabulous, spacious villa has panoramic 180 degree sea views over the Andaman sea. Facilities include a beautiful infinity pool with water bar, outdoor dining area, a traditional Thai sala and the obligatory sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in fully air-conditioned surroundings. There are four large and luxurious bedroom suites, all with super-king size beds and separate seating areas. Each bedroom has it�s own private terrace, walk in wardrobe, and bathroom suite. Three of the bedrooms have outdoor jacuzzis, and one has an outdoor bath. The very large family room (which is the fifth bedroom) has a queen size bed, two single beds and a cot. The room also features comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV with a good selection of DVDs, toys, books and satellite TV.
The villa is five minutes drive from Surin beach, and is in close proximity to many local and international restaurants and shops, as well as 20 minutes from the Banyan Tree golf course. The villa has four staff, comprising a cook, two maids and a maintenance man. Airport transfer on arrival and departure is included in the rental cost. Car hire can be arranged, with or without driver and baby-sitting is available (both at additional cost). (Price on application)
