Villa Jordania is a lovely and spacious 4 bedroom villa that is located not only within walking distance to the beach but also to the bustling little town of La Cala de Mijas. The dining area has ample room and a large table that can seat 8-10. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and there is also a separate utility room with washer and dryer. On this level you will also find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one having a double bed and the other two twin beds.

On the first floor you have a further two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with hot tub. From the master you can also enjoy direct access to a private terrace which is the ideal deal spot for your morning coffee in the sunshine. The second bedroom on this level is spacious and has twin beds


The lower level of the house is the ideal place to either relax, socialise and be entertained or perhaps work up a sweat with cardio workouts. You can enjoy a film in the cinema room, which seats 8 people, hang out the games room and play on the pool tabel, or take advantage of the running, rowing and cycle machines, weights or play on the squash courts. Or perhaps relax and enjoy the wet room with jacuzzi, steam shower and sauna.

The main ground floor entrance of the villa can be reached by stairs or elevator. From the ground floor you have direct access to the terrace, with seating for 8 people for al fresco dining. From the lounge you have direct accces to a covered terrace where you relax in the sunshine and soak up the views that overlook the garden.
