Fantastic and very spacious 5 bedroom Villa in the heart of golf in Nueva Andalucia. The villa offers fantastic views over the golf course and mountains and is ideal for families looking to have a great break away in the sun. The spacious villa has been built over three levels and each level offers access to the terraces.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area and a spacious terrace. On this level there are also find 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and ensuite and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

Downstairs has been recently refurbished and you will find an entertainment area with a play room, pool table, GYM, curve TV and shower room. You can access the covered terrace, BBQ area, garden and pool from this level. Also you will find 1 bedroom en suite with 2 single beds joined together

On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms: One offers a master with double bed and 2nd with 2 single beds, both en suite. Each bedroom with the access to a terrace with fantastic views.

Included in the rental is a maid service 3 times per week (2 hours)

Satellite TV (Belgium, Dutch and UK channels) and underfloor heating throughout the house is a big plus.

More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: Initial 50% Payment Is Forfeited; The Remaining 50% Will Not Be Charged.
