A luxury six bedroom hilltop villa set in beautiful nature. Impressive six-bedroom hill top villa with a 15x5m infinity pool. Set on the top of a green hill in Benimussa, between San Jose and San Rafael, the villa features an incredible view of the surrounding countryside with amazing sea views towards the east and the west and Conejera islands. The villa offers the luxury of total privacy in a quiet and protected área of the island, but at only few minutes of Ibiza town, the south coast beaches and the airport. The house has its origins hundreds of years ago and was completely renovated in 2007.

There is a big open plan kitchen, dining and living area that connects directly to a large west facing dining terrace with amazing sunset views. In the main house there are five bedrooms. The master suite takes up the entire first floor with a large en-suite bathroom with a free standing bathtub and its own roof terrace. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, plus three adorable bedrooms sharing one large bathroom with a bathtub. There is an annex, accessed from outside, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace. There is also a cinema room with screen and projector, a daybed and a bathroom. Most bedrooms can be made up as double beds or twin bed on request.

Outside there are two dining areas, one for shade and one for sun. The larger is in front of the kitchen and seats up to 16 guests; the smaller seas 8 to 10 people and is adjacent to the living room.There is also a comfortable chill-out area, perfect for sunset drinks. Around the infinity pool there is a decked area with a cabana with vas daybeds for lounging as well as plenty of wooden sun loungers and parasols.

There is a housekeeper living in a separate house on the property who maintains the garde, sweeps terraces, attends to requests, etc. A maid provides daily cleaning every morning, including Sundays.
