Finca Ludo is a 300 year old property set in a quiet location with much privacy and wonderful 360 degree views of the hilly country side near Benniras beach.

The property consists of the main house, a small studio flat, and a large separate guest house. There are several other building on the property including a fully restored 300-year-old olive press. The swimming pool has a lap pool as well as paddle pool and is equipped with a security cover. The rental includes daily maid service for a minimum of 3 hours.

There are six bedrooms in the finca, so it can sleep 12 people. The bedrooms are decorated tastefully, with attention to detail with high standards.
The wooden beams in the ceilings are made with 300 year old rare Savina wood.
The thick walls help maintain a comfortable temperature; However, all rooms equipped with air conditioning. The entire Finca has just been completely renovated and finished in April 2016.

From the area by the 19m long swimming pool, there are views of the sea in the distance.
On the property, there is a children’s playground, BBQ area, swimming pool with large terraces, vineyard, fruit orchard, and 2 donkeys!

The location of Finca Ludo allows for you to be completely in the nature and enjoy the tranquillity and natural beauty of the wildest part of the island, yet you are close enough to the many things that Ibiza has to offer.
Benirras beach is only 5 minutes by car or a nice walk. Benirras is legendary for its clear blue water and its sunset drumming sessions and it is a popular hangout for local artists, bohemians, beautiful people and travellers.

The charming villages of San Juan and San Miguel are only both about 7 minutes by car and both have great restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks. The Sunday market at St Juan invites you to stroll around enjoying live music, arts and organic food.

Finca Ludo is 11 km drive to the famous village of Santa Gertrudis, 3,5 km drive to beaches in Sant Joan de Labritja. It is 15 km from Santa Eulalia and 21 km from Ibiza town. The nearest good supermarket is 4 km away.
