Exterior

Chalet de la Source has everything you would find in a typical traditional chalet but the added bonus of all modern-day comforts, harmoniously integrated. The chalet warmly welcomesgroups of friends and families of up to 14 people.

Chalet de la Source has a great location in the heart of the famous Méribel ski resort, with direct access on skis to the ski runs just 30m away, and especially close to renowned off-piste skiing areas.

Outside the chalet itself is a useful porch with ski rack leading to the entrance hall with WC and ski cloakroom equipped with wardrobes and lockers for your ski gear as well as a boot dryer/warmer. There is also a large south-facing patio (50m²), fully furnished with teak furniture and parasol heater so you can enjoy some more fresh mountain air and fabulous viewsat any time of the day.

Interior

The chalet´s interior is full of character and charm. A luxury jacuzzi and spa are a real treat at the end of the day and provide lots of fun for your après-ski time. The large living room with its central stone and wood fireplace is where guests often like to gather after a long day on the slopes, enjoying the tea and homemade pastries provided by your chefs and admiring the open views over the mountains. A large flat screen television, cozy leather corner sofas, club armchairs, poufs and a bar all contribute to the welcoming atmosphere. The living room is separated from the traditional kitchen-dining room with wooden units, beams and a grand dining table seating up to 14. Here you will be served delicious breakfasts and dinnerscatered to your needs and preferences (lunch can be requested at an extra cost). Special celebratory dinners, for Christmas and New Year for example, can easily be organized too.

The staff at Chalet de la Source are friendly and attentive, happy to help you with anything you might need. As well as meals they will attend to the daily housework and make up beds before your arrival.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the first and top floors (in the eaves) and are all immaculately decorated and furnished with authentic Savoie wooden pieces. The first four bedrooms on the first floor are all double en suite rooms and there are two shared balconies with deckchairs and coffee tables. Beds are large at 180cm wide and can be separated into two single beds if desired. Up on the top floor is a further double bedroom and one huge bedroom with four traditional single beds (2 of which can be transformed into a double). This room also has a flat screen television, DVD player, bean bags and coffee table making it especially fun for children.

Extra services are: wines, baby-sitting, private ski instructors leaving from the chalet, rental of ski and snowboard equipment delivered to the chalet, transfer from airport or station on arrival, car service into Méribel and to drop children off at ski school for group lessons.

Furthermore, you may, subject to availability, use the facilities belonging to the sister chalet, located just 100 m from Chalet de la Source. Here you will find an indoor swimming pool,Turkish bath, sauna, high pressure shower room, relaxation room with massage chairs, games room, and high definition cinema seating 22 with a library of approximately 1500 films.
