Chalet Royal is an exlusive chalet situated in Chamonix Mont-Blanc, famous resort both for winter and summer holidays. Nestled amongst other splendid chalets it faces Mont-Blanc thus giving guests an exquisite view.

The large private ´Alpine garden´ with terrace is the ideal place to enjoy these beautiful surroundings while relaxing in the fresh air with a drink. Or you might prefer to return from a good day on the slopes or walk in the mountains and treat yourself to some time in the Hammam spa with integrated acupuncture and therapeutic jets or in one of the outdoor Jacuzzis. The spa is shared with the guests at the other chalets in the complex although at certain times you will have private access.


Interior

Chalet Royal has been carefully restored with attention to the finest details and is decorated with antique style furniture, fine paintings, and has all the traditional features for an authentic chalet experience.

On entering the chalet there is conveniently a changing room where guests can store their ski equipment safely, along with the ski office where arrangements can be made. The villa disposes of three living rooms, all with a welcoming feel and with a unique atmosphere, two of which have cozy fireplaces, lovely for gathering around after dinner with the whole group. A lounge corner has a large ´home cinema´ style television too for evenings when all you want to do is collapse in front of a good film. Wooden paneling continues the traditional chalet style but skilful adjustable lighting lends a nice modern twist.

The chalet comes complete with a professional chef (meals are not included in rates). He will create a menu like no other, inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients and guests´ preferences- a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day and an elegant four-course dinner in the evening (lunch can also be prepared), enjoyed in the company of your friends or family around the elegant dining table with its artisan blown glasses accompanied by a smart seventeenth century dresser and sideboard. The kitchen is of course fully-equipped for the chef and his team to provide you with everything you could wish for- gas oven, hobs, grill, two dishwashers, three fridges, freezer…

The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults + 4 children. One suite comprises a double bed along with a children´s bedroom with 2 bunk beds along with a bathroom with a multi-jet rain dance shower and double washbasins.

There are three further double bedrooms with similar en suite bathrooms and one separate guest cloakroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate a further two people, should you need it.

All beds are made up on arrival with warm flannel sheets in the winter and hand embroidered cotton in the summer and linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. The bedrooms are all equipped with satellite television.The chalet is cleaned daily.

Please note that rates will vary depending on the number of guests. They may be reduced during low season and are higher for the week over New Year´s Eve. .


Deluxe Package

There is also the option to rent Chalet Royal with the DELUXE PACKAGE comprising of 7, 4 or 3 nights’ accommodation for 8 adults and 2 children in this exclusive chalet, fully staffed with a private chef, waited table service, cleaning ladies, chauffeurs and professional ski guide in winter and trekking guide in the summer, every day from 8.30 until 5.

Of course, guests have exclusive use of the chalet and all its facilities included but all extra luxuries to make your stay even more special can also be found in this package: Guests can expect transfer from Geneva airport in a top of the range Mercedes Limousine and there is the possibility of the keys to a mini Jeep ´shopping car´ during your stay. Unlimited flowers, wood for the fires and fresh fruit at your disposition, personalized breakfasts, tea and cakes every afternoon, canapés and champagne before dinner, 5 superb four-course dinners including wines selected by you from the menu (up to 30 euros per adult each meal), daily lunch and dinner for children at the time of your choice, unlimited soft drinks from the bar….

As well as: an evening´s entertainment with a storyteller of mountain legends, 3 one hour massage sessions for each adult, 3 private screenings in the full HD cinema, excursion in a dog-pulled sled in winter and on donkey back in summer, priority access to golf course in the summer with one free round, and an incredible helicopter tour of the ´Aiguille Verte.´
